Observation

Side gate does not self latch, need to repair latching system. Opposite (garden) side gate does not self latch, need to either repair latching system or lock the gate on the garden side. White poster board/paper panel section of fence is not resistant to water (will deteriorate quickly in wet weather) and does not meet the requirements for a barrier.
